Can I purchase your items in store?
Yes, you can! We currently have a physical retail store located at PERMAISURI IMPERIAL CITY MALL, FIRST FLOOR, FF27, JALAN MERPATI, 98000 MIRI SARAWAK.
Operating Hours: 10:00AM - 10:00PM (EVERYDAY)
Can I amend my order
Yes, only if the order is still on pending & unpaid status. However, changes are strictly prohibited for the order which is paid.
Can I combine my new order with my other order?
No. In order to process your order and to prevent any mishandling of order, combine order is strictly not allowed in our website or retail store.
Shipping options, cost and delivery time?
We process and ship all orders on every Monday and Thursday (excluding holidays).
Delivery for ready stock order usually within 3 days. If the order was shipped, we are not able to cancel or amend the order.
Please note that Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
Freight charges are as below:
Miri : RM 5
Sarawak : RM 6
West Malaysia &Sabah : RM 9
Is all the item in store are ready stock?
If the item is out of stock, you will not able to purchase it from the store. You may turn on the notification to remind you when the item is back in stock!
Add to cart = Lock the item?
No, when you add an item to your shopping cart does not mean that you lock the item. The item will only reserved for you when the payment is made.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you can track your order with the tracking number provided by us.
