A.What kind of return or refund service can I choose from?
Pleasenote that we only provide two solutions which are REFUND or RESEND ORDER. Youare NOT REQUIRED to send back the item to us for both solutions provided thatyour case is under the specified situation stated in ___. Refund or ~Resendorder can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made withreturn credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

AcceptedSituation:
1)Receive wrong item (E.g Wrong colour/ wrong pattern)
2)Defective item without any physical damage caused during shipping process(required proof of defective)
C.Can I request for REFUND & RESEND ORDER if I receive a defective item suchas hair claw is broken?
No,unfortunately we are unable to make any refund or resend order under thiscircumstance. It is because we will double check and make sure the item isperfect in condition before we post it out to customer and if it is damageduring the shipping process, it shall not be borne by the seller.
D.Where the refund will be made?
Refundwould only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund or refund toother channel such as buyer bank account is allowed.
E.How long does the refund process takes?
Afterconfirmation of buyer scenario is under the specified circumstances underSECTION B, the refund will be done in two working days.
F.Can I request to amend the exchange item?
No,we will only do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that theitem is Out of Stock, customer may opt to exchange for another item of the sameor higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
