Payment
Customer shall pay for the products ordered at the price displayed at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that product is delivered. That means all products are fixed price.
Refund and Exchange Policy

We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. Notice Of Defect/Exchange
Kindly clarify those which are counted as defect/damage as below:
- Receive wrong item (E.g Wrong color/ wrong pattern)
- Defective item without any physical damage caused during shipping process (required proof of defective)
Delivery
All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within one week as our shipping will be taken on every Monday and Thursday. We are using GDEX for local shipping and it takes around 1-4 working days to reach your address. DoubleSugar.co shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
