A. What kind of exchange or refund service can I choose from?
Please note that we only provide two solutions which are REFUND or RESEND ORDER. You are NOT REQUIRED to send back the item to us for both solutions provided that your case is under the specified situation stated in SECTION B. Refund or Exchange can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
B. Situations that are allowed to request for REFUND & EXCHANGE
Accepted Situation:
1)Receive wrong item (E.g Wrong color/ wrong pattern)
2)Defective item without any physical damage caused during shipping process(required proof of defective)
C. Can I request for REFUND & RESEND ORDER if I receive a defective item such as hair claw is broken?
No, unfortunately we are unable to make any refund or resend order under this circumstance. It is because we will double check and make sure the item is perfect in condition before we post it out to customer and if it is damage during the shipping process, it shall not be borne by the seller.
D. Where the refund will be made?
Refund would only be done as refund to the original method of payment by customers. Strictly no cash refund or refund to other channel other than the original payment channel is allowed.
E. How long does the refund process takes?
After confirmation of refund scenario is under the specified circumstances under SECTION B, the refund will be done in two working days.
F. Can I request to amend the exchange item?
No, we will only do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out of Stock, customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
G. How do I request for exchange defective / wrong items?

First, you have to register yourself as a member in our website. Store credit will only be refunded to registered member account ONLY !

3. Choose “ Messages”
4. Upload the defective proof with pictures and description.

Terms& Condition:

3) Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
